Choosing paper can be tricky, especially when you’re doing
it online. Though we make every effort to display the colors and
textures of our products accurately, the colors you see will depend
on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s
display of any color will be exact. If you have doubts, we recommend
ordering a sample to be sure.
We only accept online orders at this time payable by Visa, Mastercard
or American Express. Sales tax applies only to our Michigan customers.
A 6% sales tax will be added to all Michigan orders. Once orders
are placed they are processed immediately in order to expedite
shipping, for this reason, changes cannot be made to orders once
they have been placed.
We offer $4.99 flat-rate shipping on all orders delivered within
the contiguous United States. Those orders going to Hawaii, Alaska,
APO/FPO and the US Territories must be shipped via USPS Priority

Sample only orders ship First Class Mail and arrive within 3-7
business days. $1.00 flat rate for any number of sample sheets

• Most order processing takes approximately 1-2 business

You will be notified if increased processing time is needed.
• USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed. Delivery time can
exceed 2-3 business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s
why we accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of ordering.
Please Note:
• Returns must be in their original condition. Damaged sheets
will be charged at our sample sheet rate,
so be sure to package them carefully.
• Custom-cut paper cannot be returned. Please order
a sample and be sure you have your
measurements correct before ordering.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping
is the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not charge a restocking fee.
