Make A Return
If not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at 508-689-9704 within 10 days after receipt of for a Return Authorization (RMA) A return authorization is necessary so we can better track your return. Upon receipt of the returned product we will credit back your credit card for the return amount.
Return Conditions
Freight cost for products being delivered to you will not be refunded. It is at the customers' expense to return the product. It is also the customers' responsibility to make certain the product is returned in unused and saleable condition. Promotional discounts will be deducted from return credit. If upon receipt bluedotpapershop.com determines the product is damaged or not in saleable condition, no refund will be issued. If this situation arises we will promptly notify. We strongly suggest that you return all products using a traceable service like UPS and insure your package accordingly. No refunds will be issued if the return product is not received back.
Excluded Items
Special Service items cannot be returned or exchanged. Excluded items include:
- custom orders
- personalized cutting
- special scoring
- or any other alterations we do based on customer request
