ORDERING

We accept online orders payable by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once orders are placed they are processed immediately in order to expedite shipping. For this reason, changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. If you prefer to place your order by phone you may call 586-484-4217. All calls will be returned within 24 hours.

SALES TAX

Sales tax applies only to our Michigan customers. A 6% sales tax will be added to all Michigan orders. Though we are based in Plymouth, MI we do not have a store front at this time.

SAMPLES

We offer sample sheets of all our papers. They are .50 each and shipping is only $2.99 regardless of how many you purchase. There is a sample sheet option on each product page under the 50 pack. Look for the button that says “Sample.” When you checkout you must select $2.99 Sample Shipping. If you’ve purchased sample packs, tools, 12 x 12 papers, or any item other than single sample sheets your order does not qualify for $2.99 shipping and will be charged our ground shipping rates.

CATALOGS

We do not have a product catalog at this time, though we do have a swatchbook which features our entire paper line. Click here to see our swatchbook.

CUSTOM-CUTTING

Click here for information on custom-cutting. We do not die-cut shapes, drill holes, or score paper at this time.

SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Territories. We also ship to Canada. All in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will be notified if your items are not in stock. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. A signature is not required on FedEx shipments unless requested by the customer.

CONTINENTAL US

Shipped via FedEx. Please note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. See the chart below for pricing on those orders shipping within the Continental US. For Saturday shipping please contact us.

FedEx Ground: Delivers in 5 to 7 days plus processing. Tuesday through Saturday delivery.

FedEx2 Day: Placed by 2pm EST, delivers in 2 business days. Monday through Friday delivery.

FedEx Next Day: Placed by 2pm EST, delivers end of the following business day. Monday through Friday delivery.

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO AND US TERRITORIES

Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time: Approximately 3-15 business days, plus processing for all in-stock items. Please note, USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 15 days to arrive. Packages are not trackable en route. If you wish to select another shipping method please e-mail service@bluedotpapershop.com for rates. A signature is not required upon delivery.

CANADA

Shipped via FedEx International. Delivery time: Approximately 3-7 business days, plus processing for all in- stock items. Canadian shipping rates are displayed during checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Duty and Customs fees may be charged upon delivery. We have no control over these fees, which in some instances, may exceed thecost of the actual goods. For more information on import Duty Charges please contact your local FedEx office. If you wish to cancel your order please call 586-484-4217 or e-mail service@bluedotpapershop.com immediately.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at bluedotpapershop.com. That’s why we accept returns on all unused, undamaged items within 60 days of ordering. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please contact us at service@bluedotpapershop.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, so we may issue you an RMA number and provide you with return instructions. Without an RMA number your return may not be accepted.

Please Note:
· Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
· A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
· Sample Sheets, single 12x12 sheets and Sample Packs may not be returned.
· Only full packs of paper or envelopes may be returned. We recommend ordering samples before ordering.
· Returns must be in their original condition. Damaged sheets will be charged at our sample sheet rate, so be sure to package them carefully.
· Custom-cut paper cannot be returned. Please order a sample and be sure you have your measurements correct before ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. The information we gather from you during the checkout process is for our internal use only. We will never distribute, sell, or transfer your e-mail address, personal or billing information to another party. We may use your e-mail or home address to send you periodic product updates, specials and coupons, or our newsletter. If you do not wish to be included on our mailing list, please indicate this in the comments box during checkout.
